Aiper Amazon Associates Program Agreement Last Updated: [7/2/2026] Welcome to the Aiper Amazon Associates Program (“Program”). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions applicable to your participation in promoting Aiper products sold on Amazon.com through approved Amazon Associates or Amazon Attribution links. By participating in this Program, you (“Affiliate”, “You”, or “Your”) agree to comply with all terms outlined herein and the Amazon Associates Program Policies. 1. Enrollment Participation in the Aiper Amazon Associates Program is by invitation or approval only. You must have an active and compliant Amazon Associates or Amazon Attribution account. Aiper reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion, based on content quality, audience relevance, and brand alignment. 2. Scope of the Program The purpose of this Program is to promote Aiper’s official Amazon listings through approved affiliate links generated via: Amazon Associates Central, or Amazon Attribution (for off-Amazon promotions such as YouTube, Instagram, or websites). All traffic and sales must be directed exclusively to Amazon product detail pages or Aiper’s official Amazon Storefront. No promotion or redirection to non-Amazon websites is permitted. 3. Affiliate Responsibilities You agree to: Use only valid, active Amazon affiliate or attribution links. Disclose your affiliate relationship clearly and conspicuously (e.g., “As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases”). Ensure all promotional materials comply with FTC disclosure requirements and Amazon’s policies. Use only accurate, non-misleading information when describing Aiper products. Keep your Amazon Associate or Attribution links active and updated. 4. Prohibited Activities You must not: Use Aiper trademarks, logos, or product images without permission from Aiper. Purchase ads or keywords on search engines containing “Aiper”, “Aiper Amazon”, or similar terms. Direct Linking to Amazon. All paid traffic must first land on a publisher-owned website or content page that provides meaningful, original, and value-added content before directing users to Amazon. Publishers are prohibited from bidding on Aiper trademarked terms or branded keywords, including but not limited to: Aiper Aiper Pool Cleaner Aiper Scuba Aiper product model names Any misspellings, variations, or combinations of Aiper trademarks Amazon Attribution links are intended solely for measuring the effectiveness of legitimate external marketing activities. Publishers may not use Amazon Attribution links to purchase paid search traffic that redirects users directly to Amazon product listings without first providing meaningful publisher content. This restriction applies to exact match, phrase match, broad match, dynamic search ads, Performance Max campaigns, and any similar advertising formats. Redirect traffic to unauthorized landing pages or add intermediary steps. Create or distribute misleading claims, fake reviews, or deceptive content. Offer incentives, rebates, or cashback for clicking affiliate links. Engage in “cookie stuffing”, forced clicks, or any activity intended to manipulate attribution. Violation of these rules may lead to immediate termination and commission forfeiture. 5. Commission Eligibility and Attribution Commission is earned only for qualifying purchases made through your valid Amazon affiliate link or attribution tag. Attribution is determined solely by Amazon’s internal tracking systems. Aiper has no control over Amazon’s attribution window (typically 24 hours for Associates links, campaign-specific for Attribution). Orders cancelled, refunded, or returned will not generate commission. If multiple affiliates drive the same sale, Amazon’s system will determine which tag receives attribution. 6. Payment Terms All payments are made through Amazon Associates or Amazon Attribution systems. Aiper does not process or directly issue payments for commissions earned via Amazon tracking links. You are responsible for ensuring your Amazon payment details and tax information are accurate and up to date. 7. Content & Brand Guidelines To protect brand integrity, you must: Use only approved brand images and product descriptions (from Amazon listing or official Aiper media kit). Avoid comparative or negative advertising against competitors. Maintain a professional, family-safe content environment. Comply with all Amazon Creative Acceptance Policies. Aiper reserves the right to request the removal or modification of any content that does not align with brand or Amazon guidelines. 8. Term and Termination This Agreement is effective upon acceptance and remains active until terminated by either party. Aiper may terminate your participation at any time, with or without cause, especially in cases of policy violation or low performance. Upon termination, you must promptly remove all Aiper-related affiliate links and assets. 9. Limitation of Liability Aiper shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of income, data, or goodwill arising out of participation in this Program. 10. Modifications Aiper reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement and related commission structures at any time. Continued participation after notice of such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. 11. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. 12.
